The SD National Guard’s 196th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade will finally be returning home this Thursday, July 1st after having been deployed just over 10 months to Djibouti Africa.
The public is invited to the Welcome Home Ceremony which will take place at 3:30 pm at the Elmen Center on the Augustana University Campus in Sioux Falls.
